Having problems with downloading or viewing our registration form? It is an Adobe Acrobat ".pdf" file which means that you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You cannot edit or alter these files, but they offer a high quality printed version from your own computer.

Downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader:

With free Acrobat Reader® software, you can view and print Adobe PDF files.

Click the "Get Adobe Acrobat Reader" icon above to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader.

After Acrobat Reader is installed you will be able to view the registration form on you computer.

Downloading the registration form:

To download the ".pdf" file you must do the following:

Right click on the filename, i.e (registration form).

From the popup menu, click on "Save Link As" (Netscape) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer). In the "Save As" window that comes up, designate a location on your computer's hard drive to save the file. We recommend using an empty subdirectory.
Click on "Save As" to save the file to the location you selected.

Viewing the registration form:

To download the ".pdf" file you must do the following:

Left click on the filename, i.e (registration form).

If Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer it will automatically open in your Internet browser and begin downloading the file. Once the download is completed it will appear in your Internet browser. This process can take 2-3 minutes or longer depending on your connection speed.
